It is not a shop: the breads, rolls, pastries, cakes and desserts it bakes fresh every day are served at the Restaurante Catedral and at the Buffet Luxe breakfast. The easiest way to try them is at breakfast in the buffet, served daily from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m., or with a meal at the Restaurante Catedral, open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Both are inside the hotel at Guatemala 16, one minute from the Metropolitan Cathedral and two minutes from the Zócalo.
